Reporting your claims

In order for your claims to be processed quickly, we encourage you to contact the insurance company listed on your policy directly to report the loss as stipulated in the policy contract.

All claims must be reported in a timely manner. Please ensure that you have the policy numbers and details of the incident ready when you call the insurer.
